Acceptance of Terms By using Tourotindia’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before making any booking.
Booking & Payment Terms
Booking Process:
- All bookings subject to availability
- Full payment required for confirmed bookings
- Partial payments available for packages (terms apply)
Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets
- Cash payments accepted at office locations
- Foreign currency accepted for international bookings
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Flight Bookings:
- Cancellation charges as per airline policy
- Service fee: ₹[Amount] per passenger (non-refundable)
- Refunds processed within 7-21 working days
Hotel Bookings:
- Cancellation charges vary by property
- Free cancellation available on select bookings
- No-show charges may apply
Holiday Packages:
- Cancellation charges:
- 30+ days before departure: 50% of package cost
- 15-29 days: 40%
- 7-14 days: 25%
- Less than 7 days: 100%
Travel Documents Travelers responsible for:
- Valid passports and visas
- Travel insurance (recommended)
- Health requirements and vaccinations
- COVID-19 related documentation
Liability Limitations Tourotindia acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations by airlines
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Loss of personal belongings
- Actions of third-party service providers
- Changes in government regulations
Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.
Price Changes Prices subject to change due to:
- Currency fluctuations
- Fuel surcharges
- Government taxes
- Availability at time of booking
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Arrive on time for flights/tours
- Follow local laws and customs
- Maintain travel documents
- Report issues promptly
